These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Metal For The Masses ("MFTM", "we", "us") website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use MFTM
You must be at least [age] years old to use the Service. If you use MFTM on behalf of a band or organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Your account
- You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- A band profile requires a personal (fan) account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post (gigs, posts, photos, band info). By posting it, you grant MFTM a licence to host and display it within the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- Impersonate a band, venue or person, or post misleading gig information.
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content.
- Spam, scrape, or interfere with the Service or other users.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Gigs, tickets & merch
MFTM helps you discover shows and lets bands list gigs and merch. [TODO: describe how ticket links, merch sales, fees and refunds work once finalised. Note any service fee that applies to merch sales.] We're not responsible for third-party ticketing, cancelled shows, or transactions between users.
Payments & fees

Intellectual property
The MFTM name, logo, and the Service itself are owned by us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit our liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You can stop using MFTM at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
